These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Insideflows, a managed LinkedIn growth service operated by USXP LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 1021 E Lincolnway, 6959, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA (“Insideflows”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website at www.insideflows.com or by using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Eligibility

To use Insideflows, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must also have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By subscribing to our services, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are legally permitted to use the LinkedIn platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws, rules, and LinkedIn’s own terms and conditions.

2. Description of Services

Insideflows provides a fully managed, white-glove service focused on helping professionals grow their personal brands, networks, and opportunities on LinkedIn. Our services include, but are not limited to, LinkedIn profile enhancement, strategic prospect targeting, outreach campaign management, connection engagement, and content support for select plans. These services are delivered through our proprietary LinkedIn campaign platform, managed by our internal team on your behalf. We do not provide downloadable automation tools or grant clients control over automation scripts or bots; instead, all outreach is conducted in compliance with LinkedIn’s terms of service and usage limits.

3. Account Access and Responsibility

In order to deliver our services, you may be required to grant us access to your LinkedIn account through approved and secure login methods, such as LinkedIn’s remote authentication tools or via scheduling integrations. We will never ask for your LinkedIn password directly. You agree to provide truthful and accurate account information and to maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials used in connection with our services. You are responsible for all actions taken within your LinkedIn account unless they are a direct result of unauthorized access caused by our negligence or breach.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for Insideflows services are processed securely via Stripe, our authorized third-party payment processor. Subscription payments are billed either monthly or quarterly, based on the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing to our services, you authorize Insideflows to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or introduce new pricing models with advance notice.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time or partial months unless legally required. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive service through the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be made. All payment information is subject to Stripe’s privacy policy and security protocols.

5. Subscription and Renewal

Your subscription to Insideflows services will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team via [email protected]. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing term. You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring your billing details remain up to date. If a payment fails or your billing method is invalid, we may suspend service until the matter is resolved.

6. Use of Services and Client Conduct

By using our services, you agree to use LinkedIn in a professional, respectful, and non-abusive manner. You agree not to use the Insideflows service to send spam, engage in misleading communication, or violate the LinkedIn user agreement. We reserve the right to pause or terminate service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your behavior on LinkedIn may cause reputational damage, violate LinkedIn’s platform rules, or contravene applicable laws.

You are ultimately responsible for your behavior and interactions on LinkedIn. While we provide recommendations and manage outreach strategy, you control your responses, tone, and any additional content posted on your behalf. If you require assistance or guidelines, our team is available to support you with best practices.

7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

Insideflows respects your confidentiality and protects your data. Any proprietary information shared with us—including strategy, profile details, prospect lists, and communication logs—will be treated as confidential and not shared with third parties without your express permission, unless required by law or necessary to deliver our service (e.g., with Stripe for payment processing). We adhere to strict internal access controls to ensure only authorized team members can view and manage your campaign data.

We do not sell or rent client information and do not engage in third-party marketing using your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All technology, systems, methods, copy, designs, and materials developed or used by Insideflows in delivering our services remain the intellectual property of USXP LLC. You may not replicate, reverse engineer, or exploit our tools, dashboards, or content templates for your own commercial use or redistribution without our written consent.
